If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with an item you have received, please reach out to us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. However, kindly note that returns can only be accepted after obtaining authorisation from our customer service team.

Accidental Orders

If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong product, worry not! You can still return it for a full refund. Please ensure that the items are unopened and unused, and please be responsible for covering the return postage costs.

Defective Items or Our Error

In cases where the item is defective or sent in error on our part, we will gladly refund the postage costs for your return.

DHL Express Orders

For DHL Express orders, we regret to inform you that we will not refund the postage costs for returns due to delivery failure resulting from inaccurate handling, such as incorrect address entry or the inability to contact the recipient on the delivery date. Your refund will be processed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs.

Fragrance and Home Scent Orders

Please exercise caution when ordering fragrance or home scent products, as these items cannot be returned under any circumstances due to international aviation restrictions.
